PRIVACY POLICY
In this Privacy Policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Guangzhou LeYang Technology Company Limited. This Policy forms part of the terms governing our branded software applications (“Applications”), which may operate on mobile devices and other computing devices, and applies to our Applications, websites, and any additional websites or services that link to this Policy.
By using our Applications or websites, you acknowledge the collection, use, and disclosure of information, including personal information, as described in this Policy. Please read this Policy to understand what information may be collected, how it may be used, with whom it may be shared, and how we seek to protect privacy.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Where required, material changes will be notified in advance by reasonable means, such as an in-app message, website notice, or email. If you do not agree with an updated Policy, you may stop using the Services and, where available, request account deletion.
1. Information That We Collect
1.1 Device and technical information
We may automatically obtain data that is needed to operate, maintain, analyze, secure, and personalize our Applications. This can include IP address, country code, time zone, session start and stop times, IDFV or similar identifiers, language, network status, browser plug-in information, platform and SDK version, timestamps, device model and name, operating-system name and version, CPU information, storage size, screen size, firmware information, application API-key identifiers, push-notification tokens, and other comparable technical information.
Some identifiers, including advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IDFV, or IP address, may uniquely distinguish a device even if they do not directly identify an individual by name. Certain laws may nevertheless treat such information as personal information.
1.2 Classical personal information
We may collect information that identifies or relates to you, such as name, surname, and email address, as well as information such as age range or gender when voluntarily provided through the Applications, websites, surveys, events, or direct communications.
Contact information you provide for a specific inquiry is used for that inquiry and related support or administrative purposes. You may request deletion of contact information, subject to legal, security, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution requirements.
1.3 Account information
Where account functionality is available, you may register to track progress or synchronize activity across devices. Registration may involve information such as your name, email address, password, or account identifier. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and current.
1.4 Information from social-media or platform accounts
If you create or access an account using services such as Facebook, Google, Apple, or another platform, the platform may provide information authorized by you, which may include name, profile image, email address, language preference, account identifier, or other information shown on the authorization screen.
1.5 Information you provide to us
We may collect additional information that you voluntarily provide, including language preferences, contact information submitted for surveys, sweepstakes, contests or events, feedback, and other information supplied through the Services.
1.6 Activity data
When you access or use the Services, we may automatically collect information about interactions with features and activity history. Depending on the platform and permissions, this may include IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, MAC address where available, operating system, browser type, language preference, referring and exit pages, crash information, location-related information, purchasing activity, gameplay activity, and other service-interaction information.
1.7 Customer service
When you contact customer service, provide feedback, or request information, we collect the information you include in that communication in order to respond, investigate, and keep appropriate support records.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
2.1 To provide the Services
We use information to operate our mobile applications and other requested services, process transactions, provide features, synchronize data across devices, manage accounts, and provide customer support.
2.2 To personalize your experience
Information such as language, region, time zone, device type, operating-system version, and screen resolution may be used to present appropriate language and formats and optimize content for a device. We may also send necessary account, transaction, security, and policy communications that cannot always be opted out of because they are required to administer the Services.
2.3 Analytics and internal purposes
We may use information for analytics, quality control, internal auditing, attribution, measurement of application performance, and evaluation of advertising campaigns.
2.4 Security
Information may be processed for identity verification, customer service, security protection, fraud monitoring, archiving and backup, abuse prevention, and protection of the Services and users.
2.5 Research and development
We may analyze information to improve existing Services and develop new products or features. Access to personal information for research and development is limited through reasonable technical and administrative controls.
2.6 Promotion
Where permitted by law and relevant consent or preference settings, information may be used for marketing, targeted promotion, measurement, and communications about our products, events, partner products, or market studies.
2.7 Legal and regulatory compliance
Information may be processed where necessary for taxes, accounting, legal obligations, business records, risk management, regulatory compliance, law-enforcement requests, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
3. How We Share Your Personal Information
3.1 Affiliates
Information may be shared within our corporate organization when reasonably necessary to provide or administer the Services, subject to safeguards consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
3.2 Third-party service providers
We may engage providers to perform functions such as payment processing through Apple App Store or Google Play, data hosting and storage, security, analytics, advertising, attribution, customer support, and market research. We seek appropriate contractual or other safeguards where required.
3.3 Merger, acquisition, restructuring, or other business transaction
Information may be transferred to a successor owner, co-owner, operator, purchaser, investor, or other party in connection with a merger, acquisition, consolidation, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or insolvency transaction. Where legally required, the recipient must continue to protect the information or obtain any required consent.
3.4 Legal obligations and safety
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal process, lawful requests or investigations by public authorities, applicable law or regulation, enforce agreements and policies, protect legal interests, preserve the integrity or security of the Services, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users, employees, partners, affiliates, or other persons.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide advance notice before compelled disclosure to governmental or law-enforcement authorities.
3.5 With your consent
We may share or transfer information for additional purposes when you have given valid consent or otherwise directed us to do so.
4. Tracking Technologies
4.1 Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files stored on a device. We and companies working with us may also use pixel tags, web beacons, mobile analytics features, SDKs, local storage, and mobile identifiers. These technologies may keep users logged in, remember preferences, analyze service usage, measure advertising and service performance, attribute installs or conversions, and support security.
4.2 Types of tracking technologies
- Strictly Necessary: technologies needed for navigation, login, security, authentication, fraud prevention, and core service operation.
- Functional: technologies that remember preferences and enable optional or convenience features.
- Analytics, Performance and Research: technologies that measure use, interaction, crashes, performance, and product effectiveness so that we can improve the Services.
- Marketing: technologies that measure interactions with marketing materials, websites, emails, installs, advertisements, and campaigns.
4.3 Managing tracking technologies through browsers and devices
You can enable, disable, or delete certain tracking technologies through browser or mobile-device settings. Disabling technologies may prevent secure areas, preferences, referral functions, login persistence, or other features from operating correctly.
Browser and device documentation commonly includes controls for Google Chrome, Microsoft browsers, Mozilla Firefox, Safari on desktop and mobile, Android browsers, Opera, Apple privacy controls, and Google/Android privacy controls. You may also consult independent cookie-management resources such as All About Cookies.
4.4 Third-party tracking, analytics, and advertising providers
Third parties may use technologies that recognize a device when it uses our Services and, depending on permissions and applicable law, when it visits other websites or applications. Their own policies explain how they collect, use, retain, and allow choices regarding information.

5. Advertising
Our Services may contain advertising for third-party products and services. We and advertising partners may use device identifiers, non-personal device information, gameplay and service-interaction information, age range, country or region, gender where provided, and information lawfully received from third parties to select, deliver, measure, limit, and improve advertisements.
5.1 Advertising partners
Device identifiers and related information may be shared with advertising partners so that advertisements can be technically delivered and measured. Partners may combine information received from us with information collected independently by them, subject to their privacy policies and applicable law.
5.2 Ad identifiers
Advertising identifiers such as Android advertising IDs, Apple's advertising identifier where available and permitted, and technologies such as tracking pixels may allow us and advertising partners to recognize a device, measure ads, interact with social platforms, and support payment or attribution functions.
5.3 Resetting advertising preferences
You may reset or restrict advertising identifiers and interest-based advertising using settings typically found under privacy or advertising controls on your device. Depending on your region, industry opt-out tools may also be available, including AdChoices (US), Your Online Choices (Europe), and AdChoices Canada. Some functionality or personalization may be reduced after opt-out.
6. Social Sharing Features
Our Services may include social-sharing features and integrated tools that allow actions or content to be shared with friends or the public depending on user settings. Use of these features is subject to applicable minimum-age requirements.

7. Security
We take the security of personal information seriously and use reasonable industry-standard administrative and technical practices designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, corruption, or loss. Because no internet system is completely secure, absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Users should protect passwords, devices, and account credentials and take reasonable precautions against unauthorized access.
8. Transfers of Your Information
When you use the Services, information may be processed in jurisdictions where we, our affiliates, or service providers maintain facilities, including the People's Republic of China and other countries or regions. These jurisdictions may have different data-protection laws from those where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for cross-border transfers, we will use appropriate legal mechanisms. Individuals in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland should also review the specific regional-rights section below.
9. Access, Modification, and Deletion
You may be able to change account information within the Services. If a change, termination, or deletion cannot be completed through the account interface, you may contact us. We will take reasonable steps to respond in accordance with applicable law, subject to identity verification, legal retention duties, rights of other individuals, security, and fraud-prevention needs.
10. Retention
We generally retain information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy or to comply with applicable law. Information may also be retained where needed to establish or defend legal claims, complete audits, or prevent fraud or crime. We do not delete information that also concerns other individuals where doing so would improperly affect their rights.
10.1 Account information
Account-related information may be retained while an account remains active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services or satisfy legal and security obligations.
10.2 Information from tracking technologies
Tracking and analytics information may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for usage analytics, audits, legal claims, security, and fraud or crime prevention.
10.3 Marketing data
Contact information used for marketing may be retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe, limited information may remain on a suppression or do-not-contact list so that the request can be honored.
11. Children (COPPA)
Our Services are not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under sixteen (16) without appropriate parental consent. A person below the applicable age threshold should not provide personal information or use age-restricted features. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise children's online activity.
If you believe information from a child below the applicable age threshold has been collected improperly, contact us so that we can investigate and delete information where required. The minimum age for independent use may differ by country or region under local law; users must comply with the applicable age requirement where they live.
12. Do Not Track
Some browsers can transmit “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) signals. Because uniform standards for responding to DNT have not been adopted, our Services may not process or respond to every DNT signal. We continue to honor privacy controls and legal obligations that otherwise apply.
13. Special Notice to Individuals in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)
This section applies when personal information is collected from individuals located in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. We may determine location based on user-provided information or IP address. If location is masked, some region-specific functionality or treatment may not be automatically available.
13.1 Individual rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may exercise rights regarding your personal information. Requests may be limited where law permits or requires denial, where access would adversely affect another person's privacy, where necessary to protect our rights and property, or where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. We may verify identity before acting on a request.
13.2 Right to withdraw consent
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
13.3 Right of access and portability
You may request access to personal information we hold about you and, where applicable, receive data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or request transmission to another organization where technically feasible.
13.4 Right to rectification
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information or complete information that is incomplete.
13.5 Right to erasure
In circumstances provided by law, you may request deletion of personal information.
13.6 Right to restriction or objection
Where applicable, you may ask us to restrict processing or object to certain processing, including processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
13.7 Automated decision-making and profiling
Where applicable, you may have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects, unless a legal exception applies.
13.8 Complaints
If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may contact us and may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.
14. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents may have rights to know or access categories and specific pieces of personal information, request correction or deletion, receive information about categories of third parties with whom information is disclosed, and exercise rights concerning sale or sharing where those concepts apply. We will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Where applicable, a California resident may request information about disclosures for direct-marketing purposes. Requests should include sufficient information for us to verify identity and residency and may be submitted using the contact information below.
15. Brazil — General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
Where Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD) applies, we support applicable rights and data-protection mechanisms, including confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, deletion or anonymization where appropriate, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent, and objections permitted by law.
16. Enforcement
We periodically review compliance with this Policy. Formal privacy complaints will be reviewed and we will seek to work with the complainant to resolve concerns. Where required, we will cooperate with competent regulatory or data-protection authorities regarding complaints that cannot be resolved directly.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may amend this Policy from time to time. The revised version will replace the previous version when effective. We will take reasonable steps to draw attention to material changes and encourage users to review this Policy periodically.
